Adjustable double button hip tabs. All buttons are original and have the Hard Rock Cafe logo embossed into them. Embroidered "Save the Planet" Hard Rock Cafe Maui logo on the back. Save the Planet is in red stitching; Hard Rock Cafe Maui is in metallic silver stitching. Satin planet applique in teal and green with royal blue satin stitching.

Collar lining is white with the Hard Rock cafe logo. Sixteen Hard Rock Cafe pins from around the world. Fourteen of the pins are guitar shaped enamel on gold tone metal.
